The Blacklands Corridor Feasibility Study began around April 2013. The initial study area and greatly expanded current study area are shown below. You can click on either map for a better view. More information about the study can be found here.

Here is a map showing all properties along the abandoned railroad right-of-way. This is the proposed route for the toll road. It is not known how much, which side, or to what extent eminent domain will come into play. We have been told by a NCTCOG rep that eminent domain will be an issue.
